The garden is developing nicely this summer and it appears that there will be plenty of produce for those who wish to participate.
LETTUCE
The lettuce season is winding down. However, there is still an excellent selection of:
- Romain
- Green salad
- Plenty of red and green bunch
(Lettuce may be good for another week to 10 days)
SPINACH & SWISS CHARD
- Ready to be harvested
- If you like beet greens, they are available too.
ONIONS
- We have a limited amount of green onions to be taken.
Looking ahead … peas and beans should be ready within ten days to two weeks.
We will need volunteers to help with the harvest.
